Added the NAM Hawaii forecast dataset.

Added the NAM Alaska forecast dataset.

Added the NAM west forecast dataset. I actualy got this working right today. It took me quite awhile to figure out how to deal with the map projections.

Added the GFS forecast dataset. I did this one shortly after I did madis. and a month after that Telescience offered me cpu time and bandwidth for the project. nhv, thank you for noticing it. johng, thank you for giving me a chance.

Added the madis dataset. This is the first set i did. It is an attempt at contouring realtime global surface observations. It has a few problems, dateline wrap around, the pole wrap around, and lack of data. I will probably be rewriting it soon.
